Our attorneys prosecute the intellectual property rights of clients through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the U.S. Copyright Office, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO. In addition, our Intellectual Property attorneys are qualified to conduct patent litigations before the United States District Courts and to prosecute appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
