Ruden McClosky has substantial experience in the area of public utility law. Our attorneys have experience representing regulated entities and public companies in regulatory and administrative matters before state courts and federal and state agencies including the Florida Public Service Commission, the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Department of Environmental Protection, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Transportation, and numerous Boards of County Commissioners.

Our attorneys also represent public utility companies before and in circuit court litigation. We routinely handle appeals in the District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. We have also been involved in drafting legislation on behalf of public utility clients.
