This practice area involves representation before federal, state and local government and agencies. Among the attorneys in this practice area are the former general counsels of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the St. Johns River Water Management District.

The Firm represents clients before the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the five water management districts and local government environmental agencies in permitting and enforcement proceedings. We also represent clients before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other environmental agencies.
