HEALTH LAW
Ruden McClosky's Health Law Practice Group provides comprehensive counsel in all aspects of health care law. As one of Florida's leading law firms in a state at the forefront of health care reform, we assist clients in a wide variety of Federal and Florida regulatory, transactional and litigation (criminal, civil and administrative) matters. Many of our attorneys have experience in both government and private practice.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The health care industry is one of the most heavily regulated sectors of the economy. The statutes, regulations and policies that focus on parties involved in the health care industry are complex and changing continuously. This creates an environment in which clients need to rely on legal counsel who focus on this industry and its changing legal environment. The members of the Health Law Practice Group understand these complex legal requirements. Many of the Group's members have had experience working for the federal and state agencies that are most involved in enforcing these statutes, regulations and policies. As a consequence, the members of the Health Law Practice Group have both the legal and practical knowledge to assist clients in complying with this unique regulatory scheme.
