AMY S. RUBIN A SPEAKER ON 'HOT TOPICS AND ETHICS ISSUES FOR CORPORATE COUNSEL

Rubin, Esq., partner in the West Palm Beach office of the law firm Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., recently spoke at the Litigation Management SuperCourse, 'Hot Topics and Ethics Issues for Corporate Counsel,' sponsored by The Network of Trial Law Firms on August 8, 2003.and held at the offices of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Her topic was 'Terrorism's Impact on In-House Counsel and Litigation.' Ms. Rubin's presentation was followed by Keynote Speaker, Michael Brown, Under Secretary for Emergency Preparedness Response, Department of Homeland Security, who spoke on the Country's present emergency preparedness for disaster. The seminar was designed primarily for in-house counsel and top litigators around the country. Approximately 250 attorneys attended Ms. Rubin's presentation.
