ATTORNEY BRENT D. KLEIN JOINS RUDEN MCCLOSKY AS PARTNER IN MIAMI

The law firm of Ruden McClosky is pleased to announce that Brent D. Klein has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Tax Practice Group in the Firm's Miami office located at 701 Brickell Avenue.

Mr. Klein's practice focuses on domestic and foreign tax matters and planning, as well as estate planning, corporate and commercial transactions, health law and business matters. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Arizona, American Bar Association, and American Health Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Florida, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, and United States Tax Court. Mr. Klein is Board Certified in Tax Law by The Florida Bar and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Miami.

Mr. Klein received his Bachelor's degree from Pomona College, his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami. He was previously a shareholder of Spencer and Klein, P.A.
