RUDEN MCCLOSKY CAPITAL PARTNERS ANNOUNCES NEW PRINCIPAL

FT. LAUDERDALE  The law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. is pleased to announce that, to reflect its expanded management and operational vision, Financial Consultants, Ltd., a subsidiary business of the Firm primarily engaged in the rendering of creative and strategic financial solutions for both private and public companies, has changed its name to Ruden McClosky Capital Partners and has expanded it's business focus to include mezzanine financings, distressed asset acquisitions, bridge loan financings and development and operating capital fundings.

Mortyn K. Zietz, former CEO of Financial Consultants, Ltd. has been named Managing Director of Ruden McClosky Capital Partners. Mr. Zietz has more than 60 years experience as an attorney. His area of focus has always been in commercial finance including working capital lines, real estate financing, asset based lending, turn around companies ("workouts") and insolvencies as well as debtors and creditors rights.

The firm is further pleased to announce that Mr. Bruce A. Bernstein has joined Ruden McClosky Capital Partners as a Principal. Mr. Bernstein has extensive experience in capital markets including the structuring and facilitating the funding of public and private operating and investment companies. With more than 26 years background in the investment banking business, he was formerly Director of International Investment Banking of Fechtor, Detweiler & Co., a Boston-based investment banking firm and Senior Vice President of Oppenheimer & Company in New York.
