Mark Filburn, Corporate Litigation attorney joins Ruden McClosky as Partner

ORLANDO, FL  The law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. is pleased to announce that Mark Filburn has joined the Firm as Partner. Mr. Filburn is resident in the Firm's Orlando office at 111 North Orange Avenue where he concentrates his practice in Corporate Litigation. Formerly a partner in the Orlando firm of Shepard & Filburn, P.A., Mr. Filburn's practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, U.S. Customs and International Trade. "Mark's joining the Firm reflects Ruden McClosky's commitment to the growth of our Orlando area practice. He is a welcome addition to our already strong team,' said Brian Phillips, Administrative Partner of the Firm's Orlando practice.

Mr. Filburn received his A.B. degree from Miami University (1987) and his law degree (J.D. 1990) from Wake Forest University. In 1990, he was admitted to the Florida Bar, to the Supreme Court of the State of Florida, and to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. In 1993, he was admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit. He was admitted to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 1995. He is a Member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar.
