RUDEN MCCLOSKY EXPANDS INTO ORLANDO

ORLANDO--The law firm of Ruden McClosky is pleased to announce that as of January 12, 2004, the firm opened a new office in the city of Orlando and that A. Brian Phillips, a partner at Phillips & Associates, PA, and Michael R. Lowe and William F. Sutton, Jr., formerly of Greenberg Traurig, joined the Firm. Mr. Phillips concentrates his practice in white-collar criminal defense, tax controversy and commercial litigation. Mr. Lowe and Mr. Sutton have significant experience in health law and represent clients in a wide variety of Federal and Florida regulatory, transactional and litigation (criminal, civil and administrative) matters. All three join the Firm as partners.
