TAMI CONETTA NAMED 2003 WOMAN OF THE YEAR BY SARASOTA ABWA

SARASOTA -- The law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. is pleased to announce that Tami Foley Conetta has been selected "2003 Woman of the Year" by the Sunrise Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) in Sarasota. Every year the Sunrise Chapter of the American Business Women's Association singles out an individual in the group for recognition as the Woman of the Year. The criteria include making a major contribution in time or effort to the Chapter, someone active in ABWA activities/offices/or programs, an individual that has contributed to the community in a significant way and someone who embodies the spirit of the National Mission Statement. The mission of ABWA is to bring together business women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking and national recognition. Ms. Conetta has been active in the Sunrise Chapter for over five years, serving as Vice-President, President and Chair of the Scholarship Committee.

Ms. Conetta, a partner, concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and guardianship issues. She is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates and is currently Chair of the Probate Rules Committee of The Florida Bar. She is active in the Sarasota community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Literacy Council of Sarasota and the School Readiness Coalition of Sarasota County.
