RUDEN MCCLOSKY PARTNER NORMAN J. SILBER ELECTED PRESIDENT OF SOUTH FLORIDA COUNCIL OF BOY SCOUTS
December 18, 2003Norman J. Silber, Esq., a partner in the law firm Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., was recently elected to his third one-year term as president of the Executive Board of the South Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The Miami Lakes-based Council supervises the Scouting program in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. Mr. Silber, a Coral Gables resident, has been active in the South Florida Scouting program for the past 15 years.
A member of both the Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups, Mr. Silber concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, real estate, and complex business and financing transactions. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
