MARVIN ROSEN RECEIVES AWARD FROM JTS ON JANUARY 27, 2004 IN PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
December 8, 2003WEST PALM BEACH Marvin S. Rosen, a partner in the law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., was honored by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America at a major reception in Palm Beach on January 27, 2004. Mr. Rosen was this year's recipient of the Judge Simon H. Rifkind Award, an honor given annually to attorneys and judges who have distinguished themselves within the legal system and through their commitments to the Seminary and to Conservative Judaism. Mr. Rosen serves as president of Temple Emanu-El of Palm Beach, the only Conservative synagogue in Palm Beach.
A graduate of Columbia University's School of Law and its Graduate School of Business, Mr. Rosen is a transactional attorney representing clients involved in the real estate industry. He has been involved in many high profile real estate development projects in Florida and is one of the few Florida real estate attorneys profiled in The Best Lawyers in America which rates the top one percent of lawyers nationally by specialty based on peer review.
Mr. Rosen is a member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He also serves as a member of the Board of Overseers of List College, which is the undergraduate division of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, located in New York.
