Mr. McCormick concentrates his practice in the areas of general and complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction-related litigation and land use litigation. He routinely represents developers in connection with construction defect and delay claims, and billboard companies in zoning, code enforcement and condemnation matters. Mr. McCormick practices in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before many state and local governmental and administrative agencies.
Mr. McCormick serves on the Board of Advisors for the St. Thomas University Law School and is a past member of The Florida Bar’s Code and Rules of Evidence Committee and Clients’ Security Fund Committee.
