A member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Marcus represents clients in multiple areas of business and commercial litigation, including large and small corporations in various industries, developers, financial institutions and property owners. Mr. Marcus also defends consumer claims, including those arising under the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

He has also litigated intellectual property and commercial misappropriation matters for Anheuser-Busch.

His experience relates to a full range of business matters, including disputes involving:

While in law school, he served as a senior staff member of the Nova Law Review.  He also participated in Nova's Alternative Dispute Resolution internship program.
