Mr. Malchon focuses his practice on commercial litigation and his experience has included representation of lenders in real estate construction and commercial loan workouts, creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and general creditor's rights matters and lenders in defense of lender liability claims.
Mr. Malchon is the co-author and lecturer of Florida Mortgage Foreclosures and has lectured to and written for numerous professional and client groups in the areas of loan workouts, lender liability, bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
