Ms. Krumbein concentrates her practice in real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association operation and serves as counsel to condominium and homeowner associations statewide. She represents developers statewide and counsels clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Krumbein is experienced in defending developer clients against claims involving the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and the Florida Condominium Act. She teams with her developer clients in all aspects of purchase and sales contract enforcement issues.
Ms. Krumbein has lectured for the University of Miami Institute on Condominium and Cluster Developments and for The Florida Bar on various condominium development issues. She is a member of The Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association and Aventura Marketing Council. She serves as a mentor for law students of Nova Southeastern University through the Broad Fellowship Program.
Ms. Krumbein co-authored a chapter on condominium conversions in The Florida Bar's treatise, Florida Condominium Law and Community Association Law (2007 edition).
While at Shepard Broad Law school, she was an Associate Editor and member of the Nova Law Review, and received numerous academic achievement awards.
