Ms. Krimsky practices statewide in the area of general commercial litigation including complex real estate and land use litigation. Her practice includes trial work at both Florida State and Federal Court levels. She also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration proceedings. Ms. Krimsky's land use litigation practice includes representation of clients in quai-judicial proceedings before City and County Commissions and/or government bodies.
