Mr. Katz has been responsible for the concept, planning, design, permitting and the daily operational aspects for major real estate developments. These included a P.U.D. subdivision of approximately 3,000 dwellings and other uses and a 900-unit condominium complex, mobile home parks and acreage subdivision.
He has had extensive experience with water and sewer utilities including both the legal and operational aspects of a public utility system (franchise extensions, tariff hearings, plat design and expansion and system construction).
