Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation, Mr. Gill concentrates his practice in diverse and complex commercial litigation. His trial experience includes more than 75 civil jury trials and numerous nonjury trials in a broad range of commercial law disputes. Mr. Gill has represented governmental agencies and property owners in issues including eminent domain, land use and zoning issues, environmental and hazardous waste issues, public utility acquisition and rate matters, mobile home park regulatory matters and contract disputes.
Mr. Gill has been recognized in Florida Super Lawyers, 2006-2008. He is AVĀ® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
His practice includes the representation of governmental agencies and property owners in the acquisition of private property for public projects. He has extensive experience in lien foreclosure and lien priority litigation, title insurance coverage issues, commercial and securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.
