Ms. Dreyer concentrates her practice in the representation of clients in local government law and zoning and land use matters. She is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a City, County and Local Government Law specialist. A former County Attorney for the Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Ms. Dreyer has extensive experience in all types of local government matters. She has represented developers in obtaining approvals for development projects of all sizes and types, including developments of regional impact, modifying development approvals, obtaining vested rights determinations, obtaining land use plan amendments and a variety of other development approvals. She has also handled all types of related issues such as impact fees, homeowners associations, and tax abatement. In addition, Ms. Dreyer has served as general counsel to a variety of governmental boards, including the Martin County Children's Services Council, the Fort Pierce Police Pension Board and The St. Lucie County Fire District Supplemental Pension Board. Ms. Dreyer is also AV(R) rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Ms. Dreyer was the 2002-2003 President of the Port St. Lucie Bar Association and she previously served on the Board of Directors of the St. Lucie County Economic Development Council. She was named as one of the 2006 Florida Super Lawyers.
