As a member of the Litigation Practice Group, Dori K. Stibolt focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, labor & employment, product liability, and mass torts.

Ms. Stibolt represents clients in commercial litigation concerning breach of contract, non-compete, fraud and negligence claims, and insurance matters. Her labor and employment litigation experience includes representing management in matters concerning discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave/restraint, whistleblower claims, and wage and overtime claims. In the area of product liability litigation, Ms. Stibolt has particular expertise in medical, pharmaceutical and food safety litigation, and also has extensive experience in the defense of complex individual and class claims against large corporate clients at state, federal and multidistrict courts.

Previously, a Senior Litigation Associate with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP (formerly Steel, Hector & Davis, LLP), West Palm Beach, Ms. Stibolt is a graduate of University of Maryland (B.A., 1993) and completed her law degree at Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D., magna cum laude, 1999), where she served as Associate Editor of the Nova Law Review.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Stibolt dedicates substantial time to community organizations dedicated to improving the welfare of children. Ms. Stibolt has served on the Board of Directors of Opportunity, Inc. since 2002, and she also founded the Young Friends of Opportunity and served as Chair from 2003 to 2008. Ms. Stibolt was recognized by Big Brothers & Big Sisters Palm Beach County as Big Sister of the Year in 2003.
