As a member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, Mr. Delia focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, commercial law and commercial bankruptcy.

Formerly, Mr. Delia was a business litigation associate at Eric Rosen, P.A. in Palm Beach Gardens, and a civil litigation associate at Lewis Stroud & Deutsh, P.L. in Boca Raton. Previously, as an associate at Winston & Clark, P.A., he specialized in personal injury and general litigation.

Mr. Delia earned his law degree at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D., 2005), and is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, (B.A., 2000). He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.

Previously, Mr. Delia pursued a career in law enforcement and the military from 1988 to 1992. In 1992, he served as an Anti-Tank Team Leader with the U.S. Marine Corps’ 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, in various overseas deployments, for which he received several service recognitions including, the National Defense Service Medal; the Kuwait Liberation Medal; the Marine Unit and Navy Unit Citations; and the Southwest Asia Service Medal.
