Alan L. Quiles’ litigation experience spans a broad variety of topics and practice areas: however, he focuses his practice principally in the areas of employment law and complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented both employers and employees through trial in federal and state courts and often advises employers on their employment practices and policies, including workplace audits to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Quiles also represents appellate matters at all levels of the state and federal appellate system.
Accordingly, he is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Quiles graduated from Cornell University School of Law in 1995 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Houston. While attending Cornell University School of Law, he served as an Articles Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
