Among the first attorneys to be designated by The Florida Bar as Board Certified in Business Litigation, Eric Christu's litigation practice has gained a broad reputation for work in both the state and federal courts. He specializes in complex commercial and business litigation and his clientele include several Fortune 500 companies as well as a variety of smaller corporate and individual clients.
Mr. Christu has consistently been at the forefront of business litigation as it has evolved in Florida and throughout the United States. His experience in the construction field is the result of years of work representing owners, developers, contractors, and sureties in all phases of the industry.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Minnesota and Georgetown University Law Center, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as all of the state courts of Florida and Colorado.
He is a Past President of the Palm Beach County Federal Bar Association and Past Chair of the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee and a past Division Steering Committee Member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry.
Mr. Christu is AV® rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been named a Florida Super Lawyer for 2006, 2007 and 2008, and is one of the Top Lawyers in South Florida for 2008 by the South Florida Legal Guide.
