Ms. Benner focuses her practice on unfair competition, antitrust, non-competition and non-solicitation disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and business torts as well as real estate and commercial foreclosure litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, she was a senior shareholder at Steele & Benner P.A.
Previously, she practiced at a large Ohio-based law firm in Tampa and began her legal career as a clerk with a federal United States Magistrate Judge in the Middle District of Florida.
