Stephanie Toothaker is a partner in the Land Use, Governmental Relations and Procurement Practices of the Firm. Her practice encompasses land use and zoning, environmental law and lobbying as well as governmental relations and procurement for clients in a variety of industries including land development.
Previously, Ms.Toothaker was a partner with Blosser & Sayfie, where she focused her practice on governmental relations and land development. Ms Toothaker had formerly been Special Counsel to U.S. Senator Bob Graham where she had involvement in efforts to acquire development rights over portions of the Everglades Agricultural Area for preservation, as well as preparation of the Independent National Security Classification Board Act of 2004. In 2004, she also served on the Kerry-Edwards Legal Team.
A graduate of University of Florida, she earned her law degree (J.D., with honors, 1997) from University of Florida Levin College of Law.
