Ms. Tygenhof’s litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation including financial services litigation; creditors’ rights; communications, Internet and media law; defamation and privacy law;  First Amendment and public interest law, international litigation; insurance coverage defense;  professional malpractice; and international arbitration.

Before joining Ruden McClosky, Ms. Tygenhof practiced as a litigation associate at both a Miami-based litigation firm and a Fort Lauderdale-based litigation and appellate law firm, representing cases in federal and state courts. She began her legal career as a law clerk at the University of Miami General Counsel’s Office.

Ms. Tygenhof earned her law degree at University of Miami School of Law, (J.D., magna cum laude, at, 2004) and is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (B.A., 1996).
