Mr. Henderson focuses his practice on construction, commercial, banking and administrative litigation. He represents developers, contractors, business owners and banks, and works to advise and assist his clients in developing smart, efficient ways to resolve their legal issues. Mr. Henderson previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and completed two tours in Bosnia-Herzegovina. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserves where he deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a Company Commander and Intelligence Officer at Camp Delta.
