Mr. Callahan concentrates his practice in the areas in commercial real estate development, leasing, financing, environmental mitigation and asset based lending. He also has extensive experience in land acquisition and financing, development and construction law matters. His clients include developers, contractors, realtors, environmental mitigation banking companies, financial institutions and loan servicing companies and private investors. As counsel, he has been involved in many significant real estate development and financing transactions. Mr. Callahan is the Administrative Partner in the Orlando office.
