Mr. Dart's practice focuses on business law with an emphasis on corporate counseling and dispute resolution. He has served as counsel for financial institutions, large and small corporations, start-up businesses and physician groups. During his career, Mr. Dart has been involved in numerous complex commercial litigation matters, corporate disputes, corporate acquisitions, lender liability cases, and construction claims.
In addition to civil trials and arbitrations, Mr. Dart has developed a practice in the counseling of businesses and individuals to resolve or avoid risks associated with commercial and corporate matters. He has extensive experience in controversies involving contract and business relationships, including resolutions of corporate governance and business torts, as well as representation of companies in contract negotiations and risk avoidance.
Mr. Dart has been active in local bar activities and served on the Boards for a variety of not for profit corporations in the community. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubble.
