A member of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, Mr. Kron’s practice focuses on counseling families on estate planning (wills and trusts), estate tax savings options, gift tax planning, generation skipping transfer tax planning, and prenuptial agreements.
Mr. Kron's practice also extends to advising clients on estate and trust administration (for both taxable and non-taxable estates) in post mortem planning , as well as estate and trust beneficiary representation.
Mr. Kron is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and administration topics.
