Mr. Kron focuses his practice on counseling families on estate planning (wills and trusts), estate tax savings options, gift tax planning, generation skipping transfer tax planning and prenuptial agreements. His practice also involves advising clients on estate and trust administration -- for both taxable and non-taxable estates -- on post mortem planning, as well as on estate and trust beneficiary representation.
Mr. Kron earned his Masters of Legal Letters in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, (LL.M., 2000), earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1995) and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bentley College (B.A., cum laude, 1992).
Mr. Kron is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He is also a trustee member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Tax Council and the West Broward Estate Planning Council.
