A member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Ms. Garlitz focuses her practice on general corporate representation, securities, mergers and acquisitions and employment law matters.
Ms. Garlitz is also experienced in a variety of legal issues relating to computers, the Internet and electronic business. She has represented clients in areas such as Internet privacy and data protection, intellectual property, electronic transactions, application service provider-related issues as well as provides guidance regarding state, federal and international regulations. She was a summer associate with Ruden McClosky in 2006.
Of Note
During law school she was an editor of the Nova Law Review and was published in the Review with a case comment titled "The Abolition of the Juvenile Death Penalty in Roper v. Simmons."
