Ms. Vitsky focuses her practice in general civil litigation, including commercial, products, and construction litigation.
Ms. Vitsky began her legal career with the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, where she tried numerous cases to verdict, prosecuting habitual violent offenders, sex offenders and murderers.
After her tenure as a prosecutor, Ms. Vitsky joined a prominent Jacksonville law firm, specializing in medical malpractice and general liability defense. She further developed her practice in these areas when she joined Cole Scott & Kissane, P.A in Tampa. Ms. Vitsky has been a member of Ruden McClosky since 2007.
