As a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group, Ms. Harrell's practice encompasses merger & acquisition transactions, corporate governance, corporate formation, the filing of periodic reports and proxy statements, international business transactions and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Ruden McClosky, Ms. Harrell was in-house corporate counsel for a real estate brokerage firm in Coral Springs, Florida and was in-house corporate counsel with EH/Transeastern, LLC. Formerly, she was an associate with Greenberg Traurig with their corporate practice in Miami where she was involved in the representation of the managing member of a joint real estate venture in a $900 million real estate acquisition, which was the largest transaction in the State of Florida at that time. She was a summer associate with Arnold & Porter of Washington, D.C. where she joined their corporate department after receiving her law degree.

Ms. Harrell is also a mentor with the Greater Faith Temple Deliverance Center in Coconut Grove, Florida.
