As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Marzan focuses in all areas of real estate transactions, including real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association documentation and commercial lending. Prior to moving to Florida, she practiced with a prominent national public finance firm in New York for approximately six years. There Ms. Marzan concentrated her practice in the representation of state and local government issuers, commercial and investment banks, and underwriters in connection with structuring and drafting of debt offering documents relating to complex financial transactions.
