Ms. Hazel concentrates her practice on appeals. As a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, she has represented the State of Florida in numerous appeals in state court as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
While in law school, she won the National Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competition.
