A member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Liotta concentrates her practice in commercial, construction, and real estate litigation. As part of her commercial litigation practice, she prosecutes and defends claims on behalf of corporations involved in pre-suit negotiations, mediations, breach of contract actions, employment disputes, tort claims, and other various causes of action.

In her construction litigation practice, Ms. Liotta has extensive experience representing corporate clients in contract disputes and construction defect claims. Her real estate litigation practice experience includes handling commercial and residential foreclosure actions, landlord/tenant lease disputes, and eviction proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Liotta practiced insurance defense litigation and represented commercial insurance carriers in coverage disputes and against claims of unfair claim practices.

Ms. Liotta has been named a "Rising Star 2009" by Florida Super Lawyers, and in 2007, she was the sole Construction Litigation Attorney recognized in the Orlando Business Journal's article, Best of the Bar: Top 10% of Nominees Listed by Practice Area.

Ms. Liotta serves as Director of Community Relations on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success of Greater Orlando, a charity organization aimed at assisting underprivileged women achieve employment and self-sufficiency. She is a member of numerous legal organizations and actively participates in the Orange County Bar Association, where she is a member of three committees.
