Ms. Oliver is a member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, concentrating her practice on commercial and employment litigation, including antitrust, non-compete, unfair trade practices, and federal and state discrimination and wage issues.
While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the UMKC Law Review and editorial staff member of the American Bar Association's National Quarterly Journal on State and Local Government Law, The Urban Lawyer. She was also selected to the Order of the Bench and Robe and into an honors externship in the Organized Crime Strike Force Unit of the United States Attorneys' Office in the Western District of Missouri. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Floyd R. Gibson, on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
