Mr. Waters is a member of the Firm’s Land Use and Real Estate Practice Groups. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified specialist in Real Estate Law. Mr. Waters concentrates his area of practice in the representation of clients with virtually every kind of legal matter that arises with respect to real estate. His experience includes representing clients in the sale, purchase and leasing of both commercial and residential properties, real estate financing, zoning and land use matters, and obtaining development approvals for projects of all sizes.
A former Assistant County Attorney in Martin County, Florida, Mr. Waters has experience in both the public and private sectors in matters relating to real estate acquisition, development, and the drafting of ordinances and land development regulations. He has been named a "Rising Star 2009" by Florida Super Lawyers.
Mr. Waters is President of the Real Property Council of Martin County. He is currently serving on the Martin County Impact Fee Review Committee, the Board of Directors of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce Local Government Committee.
Mr. Waters is a member of The Florida Bar, the Martin County Bar Association and the Port St. Lucie Bar Association and is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
