Mr. Martin concentrates on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business disputes, labor and employment litigation, and real estate litigation.
Previously, Mr. Martin was a summer associate with Ruden McClosky in 2005. He also held judicial internships with the Honorable James D. Whittemore, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Margaret O. Steinbeck, 20th Judicial Circuit, Lee County, Florida.
While in law school, he was a member of the Stetson Law Review.
