A member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Fallon concentrates her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on business litigation and litigation involving trusts and estates.
Prior to joining Ruden, Ms. Fallon was an attorney with Charla M. Burchett, PLC where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and administration and was a Financial Planner with Merrill Lynch in Sarasota where she earned her Certified Financial Planner designation. Ms. Fallon also practiced law in New Hampshire for thirteen years in the areas of professional liability defense litigation, products liability litigation and litigation involving trusts and estates.
