Mr. Wallace focuses his practice on the representation of sellers and purchasers of real estate, residential and commercial real estate developers, lenders in a multitude of real estate finance transactions, and commercial landlords and tenants. He is also a licensed Florida mortgage broker and a licensed Florida realtor.
Mr. Wallace is a prominent speaker to schools, community groups, and political organizations. Mr. Wallace lectures on several topics including: entrepreneurship, finance, career development skills, real estate development, local and state government issues, and national political issues.
Mr. Wallace has served as a Board of Directors of Junior Achievement Professional Connection and as Southeastern Regional Director of the Florida Young Democrats.
In addition to Mr. Wallace's professional associations, he is an active member of the community. He is involved in a variety of volunteer activities that include, the South Palm Beach County Jewish and Family Services Big Pal Program and as a Basketball Coach for Boca Hoops and the West Boca Basketball League.
While in law school, Mr. Wallace was an Associate Editor for the Syracuse Law Review and a member of the National Tax Moot Court Team.
