Ms. Bauman concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial lending and commercial leasing. Ms. Bauman represents developer and individual clients in various aspects of purchase and sale transactions, financing and development matters. She represents financial institutions in commercial real estate and other asset based lending transactions.
Ms. Bauman also represents both landlord and tenant clients in connection with a variety of commercial leasing transactions involving retail and office space. She also represents retailers and developers in environmental regulatory and compliance matters.
Ms. Bauman is active in her community, involved in the Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County and the Community Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast.
