Mr. Kushner focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation with emphasis in development-related issues such as construction, condominium defects claims, land use and zoning. He was previously a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit in the Criminal Division. Mr. Kushner was also a Judicial Intern for United States Magistrate Judge, the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer, U.S. Southern District of Florida.
While in law school, Mr. Kushner was the Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review.
