As a member of the Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Lambert focuses his practice on complex and general business litigation involving contract disputes, real property disputes, mortgage foreclosures, landlord/tenant matters and accounting-related disputes. He has extensive experience in the representation of lending institutions, including lender liability actions, as well as the collection, foreclosure and workout of commercial loans. Mr. Lambert has also served as litigation counsel for a wide range of clients in real property disputes, including real estate developers and real estate brokers.
