Mr. McNabb focuses his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition, development and sale, commercial lending, leasing, and title insurance. As a transactional attorney, Mr. McNabb has represented developers, banks, public and private entities and individuals in a wide range of real estate matters involving shopping centers, office buildings, residential communities, multi-state real estate loans and condominiums.
Mr. McNabb has significant experience in retail leasing transactions and has worked with many national retail tenants. He has also represented landlords and tenants in lease transactions involving industrial and office space, and has been published in American Bar Association journals on the subject of ground leases.
Through his knowledge of real estate and title insurance, Mr. McNabb has been effective in resolving significant title claims on behalf of title insurance underwriters and their insureds. He is an authorized agent of most of the national title insurance underwriters. He has also represented both lenders and borrowers in loans secured by real estate and collateral governed by the Uniform Commercial Code.
Mr. McNabb served in the United States Air Force on active duty and in the Reserves.
