Since his practice as a lawyer in 1984, Mr. Bariona focused his practice in litigation. He has participated actively in multiple cases in civil, commercial and real estate matter. Several procedures of constitutional rights protection have been conducted by him. He also developed a broad experience in a wide range of tax litigation that goes from procedures against administrative acts issued by the tax administration to procedures of protection of citizens tax rights. In corporate law, area in which he also concentrates his practice, has served as legal advisor to national and international corporations in matters as: merges, acquisitions, corporative strategies, handling of shareholders disputes, financing of investment projects, warranty constitution, currency control. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, French and also has a basic understanding of Portuguese.
