Ms. Conetta concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and guardianship issues. She has substantial experience in complex estate planning techniques such as family limited partnerships, charitable trusts and foundations, grantor retained interest trusts and life insurance trusts.
Ms. Conetta is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates and she is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Ms. Conetta's practice also includes the administration of taxable and non‑taxable estates and trusts, including counseling the client in post‑mortem planning techniques, trust reformations and administrative obligations. Her practice extends to advising fiduciaries in the representation of incapacitated persons including judicially‑appointed guardians for minors and incapacitated adults. Ms. Conetta also represents charitable organizations as beneficiaries of estates and trusts. In addition, her practice has included representing clients in general business transactions and incorporation issues and Starker (like‑kind) exchanges of real property.
An accomplished speaker and author, Ms. Conetta has made several presentations and published articles on estate planning subjects in national and local publications.
She is also a member of the advisory committees of several charitable organizations, which assist the organizations with planned giving programs and techniques.
Ms. Conetta has been recognized in Florida Super Lawyers, 2006-2008. Active in the commuity, she was recently selected "2003 Woman of the Year" by the Sunrise Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) in Sarasota. She has been active in the Sunrise Chapter for over five years, serving as Vice-President, President and Chair of the Scholarship Committee.
