Ms. Kershner focuses her practice on tax planning and tax litigation matters, including international and domestic income tax matters, corporate transactions, non-profit and tax-exempt organizations, employee benefits, and estate planning and probate administration.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kershner was a member of the product development and actuarial department of Tower Hill Insurance Group, Inc. where she was involved in hurricane modeling, rate-making, and designing new insurance products.
During law school, Ms. Kershner was a member of the Florida Law Review, an extern in the Probate Division of the Eight Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, and the Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance pro bono project.
Ms. Kershner has been named a "Rising Star 2009" by Florida Super Lawyers.
