Ms. Kershner focuses her practice on estate planning and probate, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, multi-generation trusts, wealth preservation and protection, and estate administration.
Ms. Kershner was a summer associate with Ruden McClosky in 2004 and an extern in the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in the Probate Division. Prior to attending law school, she was a member of the product development and actuarial department of Tower Hill Insurance Group, Inc. where she was involved in hurricane modeling, preparation of exposure reports and designing new insurance products for the company.
During law school, she was a member of the Florida Law Review.
