As a member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Gaskill concentrates his practice on construction litigation, intellectual property litigation and real property litigation.
Mr. Gaskill is a registered patent attorney focusing his intellectual property practice on patent and trademark litigation. He also has experience counseling clients in connection with the development, use and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Mr. Gaskill has assisted clients in various transactions involving intellectual properties, including procurement of trademark and copyright registrations as well as licensing strategies for developed technologies.
Mr. Gaskill currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association and will be serving as its Treasurer in the upcoming year. He is also active in the Technology and Outreach Committees of the Young Lawyers Division.
